On January 30, 2025,Van Duzer Gas went to Ms. Mary McCabe's residence at 250
Angler Road, Greenport, NY 11944, disconnected and removed a 50-gallon LP tank and
the equipment that was connected to the house.At this current time there is no
propane service at the house. If there are any other questions or concerns, please

To whom it may concern,
Please be advised that the above structure has suffered substantial damages due to the fire causing the entire
dwelling to be removed and reconstructed. Based on the level of work and standard construction protocols
all utilities are required to be temporary detached to protect on site human life during the rebuild process. The
above mentioned is typical during major work scope noted above.

disconnected at the above referenced location.
Please advise your contractor that care should be taken not to damage the existing vault and /or

the balance is paid.
