an election of the East Marion Fire District,Town of Southold,Suffolk County,New York,
held on the 141h day of January, 2025,DO HEREBY CERTIFY as follows:
FIRST: That the special election of said Fire District was held at the East
Marion Fire District's Firehouse located at 9245 Main Rd.,East Marion,NY 11939 in said
District on January 14, 2025,between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. on that day.
SECOND: That a canvas of the ballots cast at such special election showed the
