A meeting of the Southold Town Board of -Appeals was held
at the call of the -Chairman at 11:40'A.M. , -Monday, November 6,
1961 at the Town .Clerk Office, Main Road, .Southold, New York.
Present: Messrs. Robert .W. Gillispie, Jr. , Chairman, Robert
Bergen, and Herbert Rosenberg.
Absent: Messrs. Charles Grigonis, Jr. , and Serge -Doyen, Jr.
On motion of Mr. Gillispie, . seconded by Mr. Bergen, it was
RESOLVED that the Board of-Appeals set 8; 00 P.M. (E.S..T.. ) ,
Thursday, November 16, . 1961, Town Clerk Office, Main Road,
. Southold, New York as time and place for hearing upon appl catioh
of Maurice and Marion C. O'Connor," 26 Furwood Drive, East
Northport, New York, for recognition of access in accordance
New York State Town Law, Section 280A. Locat ion of :propertys
north side Major's Path, east side Horton'0-s Lane, Southold, New
York, bounded north by Shepard, east by,O:. M.: Overton, south by
private road known as Major's Path, and west by 0. 'M. Overton.

of Marycleo Meyer.., West- Creek= Avenue,. Cutchogue, New York, for a
variance in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article IIIs,
Section 303 and Article' X,. Section ' 1000Ar or permission to divide
and use as single lots premises located in Orient, New York,
bounded north by-Orchard Streets east by Navy Street, south by
land now or formerly of Timothy Burke; and west by Fanny Rackett
and Orient Fire House.
Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Mr. Gillispie Mr. Bergen, and
Mr. Rosenberg.
It was further RESOLVED that legal notice of hearing be
published in the : off.icial newspaper on' November 10.r 1961.
