THURSDAY JANUARY 23, 2003
A Special Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was
held at the Southold Town Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold, New York
11971-0959, on Thursday, January 23, 2003, commencing at 6:45 p.m.

RESOLUTIONS/UPDATED REVIEWS/OTHER:
A. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Member Goehringer, seconded by
Chairwoman Tortora, to set a Special Meeting for February 6, 2003, commencing at 6:30
pm. (Agenda items will include public hearings on new applications adjourned from
January 16, 2003, and carryover work reviews of new files for future calendars, and
possible deliberations/possible decisions on carryover applications. Vote of the Board: All.
The Resolution was duly adopted (4-0). Member Horning was absent.
B. Cliff and Phils—review of applicant's submissions. (No action was taken.)
C. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Member Goehringer, seconded by
Chairwoman Tortora, to authorize advertising of hearings for the February 20, 2003,
Regular Meeting, commencing at 9:30 A.M., to be held at the Southold Town Hall, Main
Road, Southold. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (4-0).
Member Horning was absent.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: None held.
There being no other business properly coming before the Board at this time,
Chairwoman Tortora declared the meeting adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at
7:25 P.M.
