In response to your request submitted January 30, 2024 and the subsequent Planning Board
discussion at their February 5, 2024 Work Session,the Planning Board agreed to allow you to
proceed with demolition of multiple buildings on SCTM#1000-115.-2-2.3 prior to Site Plan approval,
pending permitting by the Building Department.The buildings scheduled to be demolished include two
metal barns,two sheds, and three garages(as labeled on Sheet DM-100.00 Existing Demolition j
Plan).
The Planning Board would like to take this opportunity to remind you that this site remains under Site
Plan review, and that any improvements made prior to Site Plan approval are at your own risk.The
Planning Board's support to proceed with the specific work you request does not imply that an )
j; approval is guaranteed. Nor will this permission preclude the Planning Board from making necessary
changes to the layout or site elements that may affect the site design.
