A Special Meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals was
held on Thursday, April 16, 1981 at 2:00 o'clock p.m. at the
Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York.. 11971 .
Present were: Charles Grigonis, Jr'. , Chairman; Robert J.
Douglass; Gerard P. Goehringer; Joseph H. Sawicki. Absent wasi
Serge J. Doyen, Jr. The Waiver of Notice of this meeting was
'executed by all Board members.
The Chairman opened the Special Meeting at 2:00 o'clock p.m.
The Board reviewed the following matters, at which time no
action was taken:
Appeal #2793 - DeFriest, David I. (Deadline June 1 , 1981 )
Appeal #2798 - Strong, Dolores (Deadline June 1 , 1981 )
Appeal #2796 - Peconic Corporation (Deadline June 1 , 1981 )
Appeal #2794 - Catalano, Victor E. (Deadline June 3, 1981 )
Southold Town Board of nrpeals -2- April , 1981
The Chairman officially appointed the following Board members
to serve on the below-specified committees:
(a) Two Family Housing: Robert J. Douglass (fill-in:
Gerard Goehringer)
(b) Zoning Code Modifications: Gerard Goehringer and
Charles Grigonis..'
The Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at approximately
2:40 o'clock p.m.
