A Regular Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD OF APPEALS was held at the Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main
Road,Southold, New York 11971-0959,on Thursday, December 4,2003 commencing at 6:00 p.m.

A. The Board deliberated on the following matter. The original determination with findings of fact, as decided, is
filed with the Southold Town Clerk and made a part of this set of Minutes as though fully set forth below:

MARY ZUPA#5266.
B. Discussion: Correspondence from Town Trustees regarding Diachun Road, 280A issued under ZBA Appeal
#4902 (2001). Member Goehringer confirmed that he was familiar with the access road and had done previous
inspections. The Board Members agreed that an inspection and report be prepared by Member Goehringer in
response to the Trustees memorandum.
V. EXECUTIVE SESSION—none.
Brief reviews of pending files and general discussions by Board Members followed.
There being no other business properly coming before the Board at this time,Chairwoman Oliva declared the
meeting adjourned. The meeting adjourned at 7:48 p.m.
