The following resolution was adopted: WHEREAS, Richard B. Thatcher and M. These deeds were recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on January 5, 2000 in Liber 12011 page 592 in the case of new Lot 19-1 A and part of 19-2 (SCTM No. 1000-3-3-7.2) and Liber 12011 page 593 in the case of new Lot 19-1 B (SCTM No. 1000-3-3-7.1). I have also enclosed four additional prints of the Proposed Lot Line Change forwarded to me by Chandler, Palmer & King on which that surveying firm has made two very minor corrections. In the case of the description of new Lot 19-1A and part of 19-2, the length of one of the arcs along the road has been changed back to 240.28 feet from 239.86 feet. (That length is consistent with the current and prior deeds of record.) In the case of the description of new Lot 19-1 B, the course of one of the lines along Fishers Island Sound has been changed to 67 degrees from 66 degrees, which is also consistent with the current and the prior deed.
