The Southold Town Board met at khe office of Supervisor Norman
E. Klipp at' Greenport, on Tuesday, October 21, 1952. The meeting
was called to order -at 1:30 P.M. with the following present:
Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry, Tuthill, and Clark; Town Super-
intendent of Highways Price; Town Attorney Terry and Town Clerk,
Booth.
Moved by Justice Terry; seconded by Justice Clark:
RESOLVED: That the minutes of the previous meeting be and here
by are duly;-'approved as read.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry_,
Tuthill and Clark.
Moved by Justice Tuthill; seconded by Justice Clark:
RESOLVED: -That the regular monthly audit meeting of this Board
be held* at the office of the Supervisor at Greenport, on Thurs:-
day, November 6, 1952, at 1:30 P.M.
Vote of Town Board: Ayres-Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry,
Tuthill and Clark.
Moved'-,byPJustiae Tuthill; seconded by Justice Terry:
RESOLVED: That Chief of Police Anrig be and hereby is authorized
to employ extra help to maintain order on Halloween. Special
Officers Compensation for such duty be fixed at $8.00 per night,
they to furnish their own cars.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Justices Terry,
Tuthill and Clark.
Adjournment was at 3:30 P.M.
