following present:
Supervisor Albert M. Martocchia, Councilman James H. Rich, Jr. ,
Councilman Howard C. Valentine, Justice" Martin S' ute' r; ' Justice' ,
Louis M. Demarest, Town Attorney Robert W. Tasker, Supt. of
Highways Raymond C. Dean, and Town Clerk Albert"W. Richmond:
Absent: Justice E. Perry• Edwards .
Moved by Councilman Valentine, 'seconded 'by Justice' Su'ter; it was
RESOLVED that the next meeting, of the`'Town Board will- be held 'a't
the office of Supervisor` Aib'ert 'M. Martocchia; 16 South Street-,`
Greenport, New York,' on 'Augus't- 10, 1971;" at 3':'00 P.M.
Vote of the Town Board: 1 Ayes : Supervisor 'Martocchia; Councilman
Rich, , Councilman Valentine,• Justice Suter; Justd!ee Suter, Justice
Demarest.
Moved by Justice Suter, seconded by Councilman Rich, it was

Moved, by Justice Demarest; '-'seconded by Justice Suter
WHEREAS East Marion-Orient' Little ' League' has' requested 'fnancial
aid for a bus trip, and`
WHEREAS financial aid is available for recreation, it is
RESOLVED that $100.00 be granted to each Little League' within
the Town of Southold, (.1) - Orient-EastiMarion, (2) Greenport,
(3) Southold, (4) , Cutchogue, ,'.(5) ' fkattituck, for recreational
purposes .
Vote of the Town Board: Ayes : Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman
Rich, Councilman Valentine, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest.
On motion of Justice Suter, seconded by Councilman Valentine, it was
RESOLVED that the Town Clerk of the Town of Southold be and he here-
by is directed to request the Long Island Lighting Company to
install the following lights :
1 - 175 MV on LILCO Pole #9, Hill Road, Southold, New York.
2 - 100 CP on LILCO Poles #10 & #9, Zeona Rd. & n/s Central Dr. ,
Capt. Kidd Estates, Mattituck, N Y.
Vote of the Town Board: Ayes : Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman
Rich, Councilman Valentine, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest.
