A special meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals was held
at 11: 50 A.M. (E.S .T. ) Friday, April 19 , 1979 , at the Town Hall ,
Main Road, Southold, New York.
There were present: Messrs: Robert W. Gillispie, Jr. , Charles
Grigonis , Jr. , Robert J. Douglass.
The meeting was called by the Chairman for the purpose of reviewing
three applications and approving them for hearing on May 3 , 1979.
On motion by Mr. Gillispie, seconded by Mr. Douglass, it was
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Appeals set the following
times on Thursday, May 3 , 1979 , at the Town Hall , Main Road, Southold,
New York as the time and place of hearing upon the following Applica-
tions :
9 :10 - Fishers Island Development Corporation (Tennis Court)
9 :20 - Fishers Island Development Corporation (addition to beach
house)
9: 35 - Fishers Island Development Corporation (construction of
new multiple dwelling) .
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs : Gillispie, Grigonis and
Douglass.
The meeting was adjourned at 12 :30 P.M.
