The Southold Town Trustees inspected the above noted site on
this date and have no objection to issuance of a building permit
for the site subject to the placement of haybales at
approximately 75 ' landward of MHW and no disturbance of the
land or vegetation within 75 ' of MHW as depicted on Peconic
Surveyors updated survey of December 14, 1990.
An inspection of the haybales must be made by a representative
of this office. A fee of $35.00 is now due for the field.
