Board of Fire Underwriters electrical inspection has been completed by Roger Richard to his satisfaction and a certificate of compliance is being issued, as evidenced by the attached sticker . 3) The lead free solder certification is attached. 4) My sworn statement is attached that certifies that construction was completed in accordance with the submitted plans. I understand that the enclosed completes all the requirements for issuance of a C.O. You have on file my application and check .
