There were presents Messrs. Robert .W. Gillispie,A.
Jr., Chairmant- Herbert Rosenberg and Charles Grigonis" Jr.,
Absents Mr, Serge Doyen,. Jr.,#_ and Mr. Robert Bergen,
Also present; Mr,Howard M. Terry#, Building Inspector.
On motion of Mr. Grigonis,f seconded by Mr. Rosenberg,
and carried„ it was RESOLVED that the Board of Appeals set
7z 45 F.M. (E.D.S.T. )j Thursdayo July 7, 1960, Town Clerk
Office, Main Road„ Southoldt New Yorkx as time and place
for hearing upon application of Fanning & Housner, 209
Fishel Avenue, Riverheadt, New York, for a variance in
accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article IV#_ Section
