On motion of Mx. Gillispie.. seconded by Mr, Grigonis and
carried* it was RESOLVED that the Board of Appeals set Sr30

Southold,- New York as time and place for hearing upon .appli-
cation of Crabtree-WKeefe Chevrolet*_ Inc„ (tenant) . and
Franning & Housner (owner)„; East Main Street and 209 Fishel
Avenue,;,, (respectively) Riverhead*. New York. for a special
exception in accordance with the Zoning Ordimicir, Article IVY
Section 4001 . Subsection 9K for permission to use premises as
a public garage.. Location of property: North by now or
