A Regular Meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals was
held on THURSDAY , MARCH 13 , 1986 at 7 : 30 o ' clock p .m . at the
Southold Town Hall , Main Road , Southold , New. York 11971 .
Present were : Gerard P. Goehringer ., Chairman ; Charles
Grigonis , Jr. ; Serge Doyen , Jr. ; Robert J . . Douglass and
Joseph H. Sawicki , constituting all five members of the
Board . Absent was : Victor Lessard , Building-Department
Administrator. Also present were : Linda Kowalski , Z . B .A.
Secretary and approximately 40 persons in the audience at
the beginning of the meeting.
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7 : 30 p. m. and
